This Privacy Policy describes how Impact Property Development Ltd., Company No. 511811770 (the "Company" or "RE/MAX Israel"), collects, processes and shares personal information in the course of its online activities. This Policy applies to all users of our services, including website visitors, prospective buyers, agents and franchisees (each, a "Data Subject"). Personal information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended (including Amendment No. 13, 5784-2024). You are under no legal obligation to provide personal information; any information you provide is given of your own free will. However, if you choose not to provide it, our ability to provide the services may be limited.

1. Information We Collect: We collect personal information in several ways, depending on the nature of your interaction with us:

   1. Information You Provide Directly: The content of your inquiry and your contact details (name, email address, telephone number and subject of inquiry), provided by telephone, email, WhatsApp, social media, contact forms, newsletter sign-up or event registration. In addition, for prospective franchisees, who are required to complete a personal questionnaire and submit a CV, we collect expanded information, including: personal and identification details (ID number, date of birth, date of immigration to Israel, marital status and number of children); full contact details (including residential and mailing addresses); education, employment background and professional experience (including real estate brokerage license number); and military service details (unit, role and rank).

   2. Online Services and Purchases: When you create a personal account or make a purchase, we collect identification details, billing address and payment transaction data (excluding full credit card details, which are processed by a third-party payment provider).

   3. Automatically Collected Information: Through tracking technologies (cookies and pixels), we collect online identifiers (such as IP addresses), browsing data, log files and consent records (Consent Ledger).

2. Purposes of Use: We use personal information solely for the following purposes:

   1. Providing our services; business operations; operating the website and measuring its performance; lead management; measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns; marketing and promoting the Company's activities; managing purchases; and entering into and performing engagements with you.

   2. Contacting you, responding to inquiries and sending updates, including marketing communications (subject to your consent, as required by law).

   3. Assessing candidates for franchises, agent positions or employment, and engaging with suppliers and business partners.

   4. Personalizing the browsing experience, improving marketing processes (including remarketing) and performing statistical analysis of user activity.

   5. Operating and securing the website, managing access permissions and preventing fraud.

   6. Complying with regulatory requirements and protecting legal rights.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): The Company may use artificial intelligence systems (including digital agents and data analysis tools) to improve its services and generate insights. We do not use personal information to train external models, and we do not make material decisions (such as approving a franchisee) based solely on automated processing.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies: The website uses, or may use, third-party tracking technologies (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Taboola and LinkedIn) for analytics, marketing and performance measurement. These tools collect technical data and online identifiers. You can manage your preferences, and accept or block these technologies, through the consent management platform (CMP) embedded in the website or through your browser settings.

   The use of tracking technologies is also subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of the relevant service providers. RE/MAX Israel does not have full control over how these providers process, retain or share the information in their possession, and they may update their policies from time to time.

5. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties: We share personal information only where necessary to provide the services and in accordance with applicable law:

   1. Service Providers: Providers of tracking, monitoring, hosting, security, measurement, analytics and user-experience enhancement services, as described in this Policy, as well as providers of cloud hosting, payment processing, security and management systems.

   2. Franchisees and Agents: In order to respond to your inquiry, your information may be transferred to the relevant franchisee or agent in the RE/MAX network. Please note that franchisees and agents are independent businesses, each of which is responsible for processing information lawfully.

   3. International Transfers: Information may be transferred to systems operated outside Israel, including to PMSCS Real Estate Franchising Inc. in Switzerland (which manages the network's operations in Europe through the iList CRM system), and to technology providers in the United States and Europe. Such transfers are carried out subject to the safeguards required by law.

   4. Legal Compliance: In response to court orders or demands from competent authorities, or in connection with a corporate restructuring.

6. How Long Is Information Retained? We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide the requested services, to comply with legal obligations, to ensure the proper operation of the website and to protect our rights, all in accordance with applicable law. We strive to keep retention periods as short as the purpose, the engagement and the law permit, and we act in accordance with an internal policy for managing and minimizing data retention.

7. Consent and Changes to this Privacy Policy: You are under no legal obligation to provide us with personal information; any information you provide is given of your own free will and constitutes your consent to its collection and processing in accordance with this Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out before such withdrawal). Please note, however, that not providing information or withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide you with some of the services, such as responding to inquiries or personalizing website content. We reserve the right to update this Policy from time to time. In the event of a material change in the purposes of processing, a notice will be posted on the website and your consent will be requested again where required by law.

10. Children's Privacy: The website is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not intend to collect information about minors. If you become aware of any such collection without the consent of a parent or guardian, please contact us so that it can be removed.

11. Updates and Contact Information: We may update this Policy from time to time. In the event of a material change, an appropriate notice will be posted on the website and your consent will be requested again where required by law.
