- Welcome to the websites (hereinafter: the "Digital Services") of Impact Property Development Ltd., operating under the trade name "RE/MAX Israel" (hereinafter: the "Company").
- This Privacy Policy outlines the information we collect about you through your use of the Digital Services and other services, and the uses made of such information.
- We respect the privacy of the users of our Digital Services (hereinafter: the "User(s)" or "You") and are committed to protecting the personal information collected about you. We believe our users have the right to know our policies regarding the collection and use of information received by us during the use of the Digital Services. Visiting and using the Digital Services are subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, which together constitute a binding legal agreement between the User and the Company.
- The Company shall be entitled to terminate the activities conducted through the Digital Services, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, at any time, for the purpose of performing updates, upgrades, repairs, or adjustments, or as a result of availability interruptions, website integrity issues, or network/communication disruptions or failures of any kind. The User hereby irrevocably waives any claim and shall be estopped from raising any demand or suit regarding the above. Amendments may take effect immediately or as required by law.

- Definitions
- "Site" – The Company's website managed and operated by us at: remax.co.il or any other address as may be updated from time to time.
- "Digital Service(s)" – The Company's websites and the services offered therein, including but not limited to contact via the site, email, WhatsApp, and any other type of service.

- Information We Collect
- When you contact us via Digital Services: First and last name; ID number; phone number; email address; and the content of your inquiry/request.
- When you browse our websites or specific pages/sections: Automated browsing data including information about your device, web browser, mobile device, operating system, IP address, location, and site visit history, including keywords and searches.
- When you register for our various services:
- Personal and identifying details: Full name, ID number (sometimes date of birth, etc., may be required).
- Contact details: Address, telephone, email.
- Legal details as they pertain to licensing aspects.
- Payment methods, such as bank account and/or credit card details.
- Any other information you choose to share with us.
- When you visit our offices: When visiting the Company's offices, classrooms, or facilities, you may be filmed by security cameras deployed in public areas.
- Communication Documentation: Written or vocal information transmitted via various communication channels, including content in emails, telephone calls, SMS, or any other electronic messages between you and the Company. It is clarified that telephone or video calls may be recorded and stored in our systems.
- Automatically Collected Information:
- When you use the Services, our servers automatically record information sent by your browser ("Log Data"). This Log Data includes statistical, aggregate, and non-identifying information about your use of the sites, such as pages viewed, offers and services that interested you, IP address, browser type, operating system, browsing duration, and more.
- We use this information for statistical analysis, account management, and to provide, improve, and personalize the services on the sites. Log Data is not personally identifiable information, and we do not use it in combination with personally identifiable information. Log Data may be retained even after you cease using the sites.

- Use of Information
The information collected will be used only in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the provisions of any law, for the following purposes:

- Transfer of Information to Third Parties
- The Company undertakes not to transfer and/or disclose your Personal Information to any external parties, except in the following cases:
- Upon the User's request and/or with their explicit consent;
- We utilize third-party providers for service provision and management-related tasks (including web hosting, operation, maintenance, storage, database management, web analytics, clearing providers, management system providers, etc.). These third parties have access to your Personal Information solely to perform relevant services for us and are obligated to act in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In any event, engagements with them will be conducted according to law;
- In the event the User violates the Terms of Use, including Privacy Policy terms, or if the User performs or attempts to perform actions contrary to the Privacy Policy or law via the Digital Services;
- Pursuant to a court order directing the Company to disclose information to third parties;
- Due to any dispute, claim, suit, demand, and/or legal proceedings between the User (or someone on their behalf) and the Company (or someone on its behalf);
- Whenever the Company believes disclosure is necessary to prevent serious damage to the property or person of the Company, its employees, the User, or third parties, at our sole discretion;
- Business purposes – if the Company transfers or assigns its activities and/or its rights and obligations toward the User to third parties, provided that such third parties assume the provisions of this Privacy Policy;
- As part of our marketing activities, we use external advertising services, including social networks. For managing these campaigns, we may transfer the email address you provided to third parties. If you do not wish to receive advertising materials from us, you may remove yourself by clicking the "unsubscribe" link attached to the advertisement;
- Without derogating from the above, the Company shall be entitled to transfer anonymous information to third parties as detailed in this policy, without limitation. Since this information does not personally identify you, you release the Company from any claim or demand in this regard.
- The Company undertakes that the transfer of your personal details to third parties will be limited solely to the purposes listed in this policy and only to the extent required at the Company's discretion. The Company will take reasonable efforts to ensure that recipients are subject to confidentiality and information security obligations as per law.

- The right to inspect and correct information will be granted by the Company in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law. You are entitled to inspect information held about you in the Company's databases and user account, either personally or through a representative authorized in writing or a guardian. If you find the information to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, you may request its correction or deletion. - The Company may retain a copy of the information as required by law or for legitimate business needs.
- Use of Cookies
- The Company's site and applications use Cookies (hereinafter: "Cookies") for detail authentication, to adapt the sites to your personal preferences, and for information security. - Information Security
- We are highly committed to protecting your personal information and privacy and make every industry-standard effort to safeguard it against loss, alteration, or improper use. We implement advanced and strict security systems; however, if you notice any security breach, please notify us immediately via the "Contact Us" tab or the email at the end of this document.
- While these systems reduce risks of unauthorized intrusion, absolute security does not exist. Therefore, it is your responsibility to take basic protective measures on your computer/device (e.g., antivirus, locking the computer, changing passwords), to protect your personal information.
- It is your personal responsibility to safeguard the device used for the services and maintain the confidentiality of your password for personal area access.
- The Company and its representatives shall not be considered in breach of privacy for any information (as defined in the Computers Law, 5755-1995) that may identify or track a user resulting from the use of electronic communication. Note: We will never ask for your verification code via email or telephone.
- Updates to Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
- The Company may change the Privacy Policy and/or Terms of Use from time to time to reflect technological, business, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates will be published in this document, with the "Last Updated" date at the top.
- Use of the services is subject to the current Privacy Policy. Continued use indicates your consent to the changes; therefore, we recommend reviewing it periodically.
- Jurisdiction
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
- Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from this agreement shall be vested solely in the competent court in the city of Tel Aviv. Without derogating from the above or from remedies provided by law, the Company may immediately, unilaterally, and without prior notice, terminate the provision of services on the site without any remedies being taken against it.

In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, you may inspect information about you in the Company's databases and request its correction if it is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, without derogating from the Company's duty to retain certain information by law.
