CNHS - Certified New Home Specialist

We are proud to offer our members a unique certification designed by the powerhouse agent Denise Walsh, considered one of the leading certifications in the world of new homes marketing. This training was created from real-world experience in this field and covers the entire array of topics relevant to new home properties, from establishing contacts and collaborating with contractors and developers, to understanding construction processes (bureaucracy and engineering), and finally the right methods of representing buyers interested in new homes— which are often only on paper
This certification can be acquired by completing online VOD tutorials (in English) on the RE/MAX University website.
