ACP - Accredited Commercial Professional

How can you successfully list and sell commercial listings? The RE/MAX University and Dan Andrews present a comprehensive basic course that includes all the key stages of managing commercial real estate, acquiring important knowledge to price commercial properties, the tools to locate customers and maintain customer relations, and how to work effectively with colleagues.

This is a 10-hour online training course (in English) that provides graduates with ACP certification, demonstrating to customers the investment you have made in your business, your expertise, and your professionalism!

RE/MAX agents can acquire the course through RE/MAX University and start learning right away.

Graduates with this certification, with intense study and endless practice, are fully proficient in the following subjects:

Varied techniques to create commercial real estate leads
Methods to create added value in impressive commercial customer presentations
Conducting comparative marketing analysis and market pricing of commercial properties
Creating a unique customer service experience for commercial customers throughout the entire process
Graduates are provided a 250-page manual that contains the tools and resources relevant to this field
